The terms for
using this site.

This is the website for PLJ ONE. It describes our products; it is not the products themselves, and using it does not create an account or a contract.

What this site is

pljone.com is the public website for PLJ ONE, a maker of connected business software built in Malaysia. You can read it, and you can follow it through to our products. There is nothing to sign up for here, no account, and no payment.

Our products are separate services on their own domains. Using one of them is governed by that product’s own terms, presented where you sign up — not by this page.

What is live, and what is not

This matters more than the usual boilerplate, so it is stated plainly rather than buried:

  • PLJ POS and PLJ Account are available to use today, each on its own.
  • PLJ Marketing is not built yet — in design. There is nothing to sign up for.
  • PLJ CRM is not built yet — planned. There is nothing to sign up for.
  • The connections between products are not live. Where this site shows products sharing one picture of a business, that is design intent and is labelled as such on the page.

Anything on this site marked Illustrative design intent, In design, Planned or Connection ready · sync not live yet is a description of what we are building. It is not a commitment to a date, and it is not something you can buy today.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and to correct it when it is wrong. Even so, it is a description of software that is actively being built, so details can go out of date between the moment they are written and the moment you read them. Figures used in examples are illustrative and are not results any customer achieved.

If something here contradicts what a product itself tells you, trust the product.

Using the site

Please do not:

  • attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it
  • copy the site’s design, text or brand and present it as your own, or as though it came from us
  • use the site to mislead people about what our products do

The PLJ ONE name, mark and the content of this site belong to us. Quoting us with attribution is fine; passing our material off as yours is not.

Links out

Links to our products and to any other site take you somewhere we do not control. We are not responsible for what those sites contain or do.

Privacy

What this site collects — and the rather short list of what it does not — is set out in the privacy notice.

Changes

These terms may change as the products and the company develop. The date at the top shows when this version was published.

Still to be added

Two things a complete set of terms would carry are not on this page yet, and we would rather say so than invent them: the registered details of the operating entity, and the governing law these terms fall under. Both will be published here once confirmed.
