The terms for
using this site.

This is the website for PLJ ONE. It describes our products; it is not the products themselves, and using it does not create an account or a contract.

Who operates this site

PLJ ONE is a brand and product family operated by PLJ ONE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD., a company registered in Malaysia. It is the operator of this site and the entity these terms refer to. Registration No. 202601038385 (1700480-A).

That registration says the company exists in Malaysia and nothing more. It is not a licence, an endorsement, a certification, or any kind of approval of the products described on this site. We publish no registered office or company particulars beyond the name and number above, because nothing further is required to identify us and this is not a register.

What this site is

pljone.com is the public website for PLJ ONE, a maker of connected business software built in Malaysia. You can read it and follow it through to our products. There is nothing to sign up for here, no account, and no payment.

These terms do not cover the products

PLJ POS and PLJ Account are separate applications on their own domains, each with its own sign-up. Using one of them is governed by whatever terms that product presents to you when you sign up — not by this page. If a product’s own terms and this page ever disagree about that product, the product’s terms are the ones that apply to it.

What is live, and what is not

This matters more than the usual boilerplate, so it is stated plainly:

  • PLJ POS and PLJ Account are available to use today, each on its own.
  • PLJ Marketing is not built yet — in design. There is nothing to sign up for.
  • PLJ CRM is not built yet — planned. There is nothing to sign up for.
  • The connections between products are not live. Where this site shows products sharing one picture of a business, that is design intent and is labelled as such on the page.

Anything marked Illustrative design intent, In design, Planned or Connection ready · sync not live yet is a description of what we are building. Roadmap statements and demonstrations on this site are not commitments to deliver, not commitments to a date, and not something you can buy today. Figures in examples are invented to show the shape of an idea and are not results any customer achieved.

Our material, and what you may do with it

The design, layout, code, copy, photography-free artwork, diagrams, 3D work, the PLJ ONE name and the marks on this site are ours, or are used by us under licence. You may read the site, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution.

Without written permission, please do not:

  • copy, republish or mirror substantial parts of the site
  • scrape or bulk-download it, whether by crawler, automated agent or otherwise, beyond ordinary search-engine indexing
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive our source from the code this site delivers to your browser
  • resell or redistribute our material, or build a competing site from it
  • present our material as your own, or imply we endorse or are associated with you
  • use the site to mislead anyone about what our products do, or to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it

Third-party open-source software and typefaces used here keep their own licences, which are set out in the third-party notices. Nothing above restricts your rights under those licences.

Trademarks

PLJ ONE™, the PLJ ONE mark and the PLJ product names are trademarks used in commerce by PLJ ONE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. — none of them is a registered trademark. The company is registered; the marks are not, and one does not imply the other.

You may use our name to refer to us — in a review, an article, a comparison — as long as it is accurate and does not suggest we sponsor or endorse you. Please do not use our marks in your own product name, logo, domain or branding without written permission.

Accuracy, and no warranty

This is an informational website. We try to keep it accurate and to correct it when it is wrong, but it describes software that is actively being built, so details can go out of date between being written and being read.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything described on it will suit your particular business. If something here contradicts what a product itself tells you, trust the product.

Limits on what we are responsible for

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss you suffer from relying on this website — including lost profit, lost data, lost business or indirect loss — and our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to resupplying access to it.

Two honest qualifications. First, this limit applies to this website; liability for a product you actually use is a matter for that product’s terms. Second, nothing here tries to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. A clause that tried would simply be unenforceable, and we would rather write one that holds.

Links to other sites

Links to our products and to any other site take you somewhere we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their practices or their terms.

Privacy

What this site collects — and the rather short list of what it does not — is set out in the privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are intended to be heard by the Malaysian courts.

Stated as intent, and not drafted by a lawyer. A governing law clause is normally anchored to an incorporated entity. There is one now, so half of what made this paragraph provisional has gone. The other half has not: no Malaysian lawyer has reviewed this page. Read it as a plain statement of where we expect disputes to be heard, rather than as drafted legal language — and note that your own statutory rights are not affected by anything written here either way.

Changes

These terms may change as the products and the company develop. When they do, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Material changes will be described on the page rather than made quietly. Using the site after a change means the current version applies.

Contact

Use the contact page. Direct delivery is still being finished, so that page prepares a message for you to send yourself; it says so on the page. We publish no email address or phone number yet, because we have none we can promise to answer.
